Q: What is the difference between Human hair wig and Synthetic wig?

A: human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning, and will show black smoke. Weft hair extensions. Moreover, human hair may have few gray hair and split ends. It is normal and not a Quality problem.

 

Q: Can they be straightened or curled?

A: Yes, you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the virgin hair. However, don't do it too fre Quently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

 

Q: What type of hair care products should i use?

A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. 1, Use good Quality shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It's important to keep the hair soft and shiny. 2, You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style. 3, Maraccan oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.

 

Q: What is a Medical Wig?

A: Medical wigs have special features that make them more suitable for wearers with hair loss due to chemotherapy, alopecia, trichotillomania and other medical conditions.

 

Q: Is this wig really human hair wig?Does it lose its hair?

A: it is 100% human hair. I've had mine on for two weeks using walkers ultra glue n I wash n condition it every few days just cause I use maraccan oil on it and it doesn't shed n remains soft n the curls have a very pretty pattern.

 

Q: Can I color this wig? How do I measure my head?

A: Yes, you can color the wig as long as you order the natural color as told from the seller. In the description, it should have a picture or tell you how to measure your head circumference.

 

Q: Is this wig suitable for someone who is losing a lot of hair? Is the lace comfortable on a bald head?

A: I would say so. Youre not supposed to lay the lace on your hair anyway. Just right in front of your hair line. So I think it would be.

 

Q: I am looking for a wig with very good quility hair. It needs to be already styled. Not too thin and not thick. Help me to understand density

A: To be honest I felt the density on this unit was perfect for me. It wasnt to thick or thin. Also if your looking at having a unit already styled then human hair isnt really what your looking for. You have to do it your way to suit your face and style also I recommend going and getting it cut to also give it your own touch and for it to be more realistic as well. I customized this piece completely from cut to color, all done by a professional though

 

Q: Is this a good wig?

A: Yes ! Its very realistic looking and with a natural hairline.. condition the wig very well to keep the curls soft and uniformed

 

Q: Is this returnable

A: Yes, just don't cut the hair or the lace !

 

Q: After payment has cleared, how long do I wait until my order is sent out?

A: Usually Our handling time is 3 business days. This means that your item(s) will generally be sent out in 3 business days.

 

 

After Sales FAQs

Q: How can i cancel my order, before and after payment?

Cancellation before payment 

A: If you have not paid for your order yet, then there is no need for you to contact us to cancel it. We do not process orders until a matching payment has been received for the order. If your order is more than a week old and is still unpaid, you will not be able to "reactivate" it by sending a payment, because the prices of the individual items may have changed, along with the currency conversions and shipping rates. You will need to submit the order again with a new shopping cart.

 

Withdrawing an order after payment

A1: If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.

 

A2: If you are not sure about an issue relating to your order or you wish to change it, please contact our Customer Service Department and put the order on hold while you decide. This will suspend the packaging process while you make changes.

 

A3: If the package has already been dispatched, then we are not able to cancel or change the order.

 

A4: If you wish to cancel an existing order because you are ADDING other products, there is no need to cancel the entire order. Simply contact out Customer Service Department and we will process the updated order; there is usually no additional fee for this service.

 

Generally, if your order is in an early part of the processing stage, you may still be able to change or cancel it. You can ask for a refund or provide the payment as credit for future orders.

 

 

 

Q: How can i return purchased items?

A: Before returning any items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and that you meet all the criteria. The first step is to contact our After Sales Service, please provide us with the following information:

a. The original order number

b. The reason for the exchange

c. Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item

d. Details of the requested replacement item: the item number, the name and color

e. Your shipping address and phone number

Please note that we are unable to process any returned items which have been sent back without our prior agreement. All returned items must have an RMA number. Once we have agreed to accept the returned item, please make sure you write a note in English containing your order number or PayPal ID so that we are able to locate your order information. 

The return or RMA process can only be initiated within 30 calendar days upon receipt of your items. We can only accept returned products that are in their original condition.

 

Q: Where do i return the item?

A: After contacting our Customer Service Department and reaching mutual agreement, you will be able to send the item(s) to us. Once we have received the item(s), we will confirm the RMA information you have provided and review the condition of the item(s). If all of the relevant criteria have been met, we will process a refund if you have requested one; alternatively, if you have asked for an exchange instead, the replacement will be sent to you from our headquarters.
